1. Our 180-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply contact us within 180 days of your purchase for a full refund of the product price — even if the bottle is opened or empty. We believe you should be able to try our formulas risk-free, so this guarantee applies whether you used the entire supply or barely got started.

This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may return products purchased from Northern Banks Research and receive a refund. We encourage you to read this policy carefully so you understand your rights and our procedures. Our goal is to make the refund process as simple and straightforward as possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 180-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Within the guarantee window: Your refund request must be made within 180 days of the original purchase date.
  • Opened or empty bottles accepted: Unlike many supplement retailers, we honor refunds on opened, partially used, and even completely empty bottles. You do not need to keep the product unused to qualify.
  • Proof of purchase: You must provide a valid order number, order confirmation email, or other proof of purchase at the time of your refund request.

Requests made after the 180-day window may not be accepted. If you are unsure whether your order qualifies, please reach out to our support team and we will be glad to help.

3. Items Not Covered

Our 180-day money-back guarantee covers the dietary supplements we sell. A small number of items are exempt from refunds:

  • Gift cards: All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • Free promotional items: Products received at no cost as part of a promotion, bundle bonus, or giveaway carry no cash value and are not refundable.
  • Orders outside the guarantee window: Requests submitted more than 180 days after the purchase date.

If you receive a supplement that arrives damaged or defective, please refer to Section 8 of this policy for guidance on how to resolve the issue.

4. How to Request a Refund

To begin the refund process, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team: Reach out to us at support@northernbanksresearch.com or call us at (888) 888-8888. Provide your order number, the product(s) involved, and the reason for your request.
  • Receive confirmation: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will confirm your refund by email. If we ask you to return any unused product, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
  • Return the product if requested: In many cases we do not require you to ship anything back. If a return is requested, pack the item securely, include the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can confirm delivery.

Please allow up to 3 business days for our team to process your refund request after you contact us.

5. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved (and we receive any product we have asked you to return), our team will process your refund. You will receive an email notification confirming the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited back to your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.

Refunds cover the full product price you paid. Original shipping charges, where they applied, are non-refundable except in cases where the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error.

If your refund request is denied — for example, because it falls outside the 180-day window — we will notify you by email with an explanation.

6. Reorders & Exchanges

If you would like to try a different formula instead of receiving a refund, simply let our support team know. We are happy to help you exchange an unopened product for another item of equal value, subject to availability.

If the replacement item has a higher retail price, you will be responsible for paying the difference before the exchange is processed. If it has a lower price, we will refund the difference to your original payment method. Price differences can be settled by contacting our support team directly.

Because all of our orders are one-time purchases with no subscriptions, you are always free to reorder whenever you like — there is no auto-ship or recurring billing to manage.

7. Return Shipping Costs

In the cases where we ask you to return a product, the customer is generally responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are non-refundable, and we recommend selecting an affordable yet trackable shipping option.

However, Northern Banks Research will cover the cost of return shipping in the following situations:

  • Our error: If you received the wrong item, an incorrect quantity, or an item that does not match the product description on our website, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
  • Damaged products: If the item you received arrived damaged during transit, we will cover all return shipping expenses. Please see Section 8 for additional details.

To request a prepaid return label, contact our support team with your order details and a description of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, send you a shipping label via email.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping every order, but we understand that items can occasionally arrive damaged or defective. If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly.

When reporting a damaged or defective item, please provide the following:

  • Your order number and the name of the affected product.
  • Photo evidence: Clear photographs showing the damage or defect. Images of the packaging and the bottle itself are helpful for our investigation.
  • A brief description of the issue.

After reviewing your claim, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Full refund: A complete refund to your original method of payment, including any shipping charges you paid on the original order.
  • Replacement: A new bottle shipped to you at no additional cost, subject to availability.

You will not be required to pay return shipping for damaged or defective items. In many cases, we will not require you to return the affected product at all.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have been notified that your refund has been approved but you have not yet received it, please try the following steps before contacting us:

  • Check your bank account: Log in to your bank or payment provider and review recent transactions. Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
