Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times

All orders placed with Northern Banks Research are processed and shipped from our United States facility within 1 business day of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and other recognized public holidays.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may begin processing on the following business day. During peak shopping seasons, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you by email if any significant delay is expected with your order.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

All supplements ship from within the United States. Estimated delivery times begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed.

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): Delivery typically arrives within 5 to 10 business days. This is our standard shipping option and is available for all domestic orders within the United States.

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and not guaranteed delivery dates. Factors such as weather conditions and carrier delays may affect actual delivery times.

3. Shipping Carriers

Northern Banks Research partners with reputable shipping carriers to ensure your orders are delivered safely and efficiently. Our primary carriers include:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

The carrier selected for your shipment is determined based on the delivery destination, package dimensions, and weight. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each order to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Carrier preferences requested by customers cannot be guaranteed but will be accommodated when possible.

4. Shipping Costs

We keep shipping simple and affordable:

  • Free shipping on all orders totaling $75 or more.
  • $6.95 flat-rate shipping on orders under $75.

The free shipping threshold is applied automatically at checkout — no promo code needed. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the address associated with your account. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment in the following ways:

  • Our website: Visit the order tracking page on Northern Banks Research and enter your tracking number to view real-time delivery updates.
  • Carrier website: Use the tracking number directly on the shipping carrier's website or mobile application for detailed shipment information.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email for tracking information to become active and display updated movement details. If your tracking information has not updated after 48 hours, please contact our support team for assistance.

6. Shipping Destinations

Northern Banks Research currently ships to addresses within the United States. All orders are dispatched from our U.S. facility.

At this time we do not offer international shipping. If you have a question about shipping to a specific U.S. address, including military (APO/FPO) and U.S. territory destinations, please contact our support team and we will do our best to help.

7. Delivery Issues

We strive to ensure every order reaches its destination without issue. However, delivery problems can occasionally arise. Below are common delivery scenarios and how we handle them:

  • Undeliverable packages: If a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier due to an inaccessible address, failed delivery attempts, or other logistical reasons, the package will be returned to Northern Banks Research. Once received, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense or issue a refund for the product cost.
  • Incorrect addresses: If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided at checkout and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order to the correct address.
  • Refused delivery: If a package is refused at the point of delivery and returned to Northern Banks Research, the customer will bear the cost of return shipping. A refund for the product amount, minus the original and return shipping charges, may be issued at our discretion.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date or the date you received the damaged package.

When reporting a lost or damaged shipment, please provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Tracking number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the damaged item and packaging (for damage claims)

Upon receiving your report, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Investigations typically take 5 to 10 business days to resolve. Based on the outcome, we will offer a replacement shipment or a full refund for the affected items. Northern Banks Research reserves the right to determine the most appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.

9. Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. Please double-check your street address, apartment or suite number, city, state, and ZIP code before submitting your order.

If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Northern Banks Research is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses that were provided by the customer. Any costs associated with reshipping to a corrected address will be the customer's responsibility.
